NSBroker is the forex and CFD trading brand (MetaTrader 5) of the Maltese company NSFX Ltd, authorised by the MFSA since 2012. The website is online but does not accept new registrations; the company, now Crestmark Trading Ltd, operates in the EU under the Alchemy Markets brand.

Service reorganised. Since at least November 2025 the nsbroker.com website has not accepted new registrations, and since at least the end of February 2026 it has no longer named the company that runs it. The authorised company that used the brand, the Maltese NSFX Limited (C 56519), took the name Alchemy Markets Ltd and, according to the ESMA register and the company's website, is now called Crestmark Trading Ltd: it is listed as active in the ESMA register of investment firms (ESMA register) and operates in the European Union under the Alchemy Markets brand. What NSBroker is

NSBroker is the online trading brand that originated with the Maltese company NSFX Limited, incorporated in 2012. The website presents CFDs on currencies, precious metals, indices, energy, shares and cryptocurrencies, tradable with MetaTrader 5 (desktop, mobile and web), but does not accept new clients. From September 2023 the website presented NSBroker as a trading name of Alchemy Markets Ltd, the new name of the same company. CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. The company that now holds the licence, Crestmark Trading Ltd, states on its website that 68% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with it. (Verified: October 2026)

  • MiCA: NOT APPLICABLE — CFDs, including those on cryptocurrencies, are financial instruments governed by the MiFID II directive, not by MiCA.
  • MFSA (Malta): investment firm authorised since 23 November 2012 (licence IS/56519) for the reception and transmission of orders, the execution of orders and dealing on own account, as well as the ancillary service of safekeeping and administration. In the ESMA register it now appears as Crestmark Trading Ltd, with "Active" status (update of 9 September 2026). In the LEI register (GLEIF, data of 28 January 2026) the same code, 213800M9YRRUZD3HG724, corresponds to Alchemy Markets Ltd, formerly NSFX Limited, C 56519.
  • CONSOB (Italy's securities regulator): the company appears, under the name Alchemy Markets Ltd, on the list of investment firms from other EU states that may operate in Italy without a branch (no. 3597, list updated on 23 October 2026). No CONSOB warning or blocking order concerns nsbroker.com.
  • Clones reported by the MFSA: on 16 February 2022 the Maltese authority flagged seven clone websites with no links to the company (nsbroker domains with extensions other than .com) and named nsbroker.com and nsfx.com as legitimate; on 30 August 2023 it flagged the clone nsfx.online. CONSOB relayed the warnings on 7 March 2022 and 13 September 2023.
  • NSSMC (Ukraine): the Russian-language version of nsfx.com appears on a list, drawn up by the Ukrainian commission, of websites lacking the authorisations required in the country, relayed by CONSOB on 4 June 2024.

Security

The NSBroker website states that client funds are segregated, that negative balance protection applies and that the company belongs to the Maltese investor compensation scheme, which offers limited protection in the event of insolvency. At the October 2026 check there were no significant public incidents on record, such as cyberattacks or withdrawal freezes. The risk documented by the authorities concerns clones: websites with similar names that use the company's details to deceive the public.
