Istanbul, Türkiye - July 2025 - The fourth edition of Istanbul Blockchain Week, organised by EAK Digital, has successfully concluded. The event, the largest to date, was held on 26 and 27 June at the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel, attracting thousands of Web3 industry leaders from around the world.
The programme included keynotes, panels, roundtables and workshops on core topics such as stablecoin, real-world assets (RWA), AI, gaming, regulation and investment. Keynote speakers included Justin Sun (Tron), Mehmet Çamır (OKX TR), Daniele Sestagalli (HeyAnon/WAGMI), John Linden (Mythical Games), Aaron Teng (Igloo Asia/Pudgy Penguins) and Marco Dal Lago (Tether).


Erhan Korhaliller, CEO of EAK Digital and founder of the event, commented:

The event introduced innovations such as DefaiCon Istanbul, the RWA Builders Summit and a new version of the BlockDown Festival, the first AI Agent-led music festival.
Among the highlights:
- Justin Sun presented Tron's progress on stablecoins and institutional adoption in Türkiye.
- OKX TR highlighted the growing importance of regulations in the Turkish market, with around 14 million retail investors.
- The Turkish Capital Markets Board announced an e-investor platform to monitor crypto assets via the e-Government system.
- Christian Thompson (Sui Foundation) launched a bootcamp to train 2,000-4,000 Web3 developers in Türkiye.
- Daniele Sestagalli presented HeyAnon and HUD, AI tools to automate DeFi strategies.
- The BlockDown Festival combined music, AI and Web3 culture into an immersive experience.
- Dealflow Den hosted meetings between startups and VCs such as Coinbase Ventures and Animoca Brands.
- The RWA Builders Summit explored tokenized IP, real estate, precious metals and stablecoins as tools to democratize investments.
Istanbul Blockchain Week confirmed itself as a key event for those building the future of Web3. The 2026 edition is already eagerly anticipated.
