A powerful documentary on how Bitcoin and blockchain are reshaping money, power, and geopolitics—from El Salvador’s Bitcoin experiment and Europe’s regulatory revolution to the rise of decentralized finance and the new global financial order.
Sahara AI's tokenomics, a new blockchain project aimed at creating a decentralised AI economy, has been made public, emphasising the importance of community-driven development and engagement.
Sahara AI recently announced that 8.15 per cent of the entire SAHARA token supply was specifically reserved for airdrops. With the token's official debut on Binance, scheduled for 26 June, approaching, this strategic distribution aims to reward early adopters, contributors and supporters.
Community centric distribution model
Sahara AI's long-term goal of fostering a decentralised AI ecosystem is evidenced by the structure of its tokenomics. The project's dedication to decentralisation and user participation is demonstrated by the remarkable 64.25 per cent of SAHARA's entire supply reserved for the community and ecosystem.
"The majority of our token supply - over 64 per cent - is dedicated to community growth, ecosystem development and public participation, demonstrating our deep commitment to empowering real users and building a sustainable, collaborative AI economy," Sahara said on X.
Full breakdown of token provision:
While the 20.75% community incentive pool aims to gradually compensate developers and active users, the 33.93% earmarked for ecosystem development will fund innovative projects, tools and platforms within the Sahara AI network.
highlights of the campaign airdrop for early contributors
One of the most anticipated aspects of SAHARA's launch is the 8.15% airdrop programme. An update posted by @SaharaLabsAI on X (formerly Twitter) explained that community members who have contributed significantly - from testnet participation to data sharing to community engagement initiatives - will receive these tokens.
It is important to note that SAHARA is the 25th project to follow the Newton Protocol (NEWT) and launch its token on Binance. Prior to the token's official listing, the airdrop will be available through several Binance products, thus offering more visibility and incentives to the crypto community.
Vision and volatility: a necessary balance
Sahara AI is establishing itself as a key player at the intersection of blockchain and artificial intelligence, with the support of Binance and well-structured tokenomics. The deployment plan shows a clear intent to incentivise bottom-up participation and create a decentralised infrastructure that is solid from the ground up.
However, it is crucial to remember that newly listed tokens are often subject to strong market fluctuations, especially those related to early-stage projects such as Sahara AI. Therefore, before investing, investors should act with caution and conduct thorough research.
